Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 October 2026.
Print Pail is built so that it needs very little data. The sheets are drawn in your browser, and the choices you make never leave it.
What stays in your browser
Paper size, orientation, spacing, ink color and the sheet you picked are used on your device to draw the preview and the printout. The server does not receive them.
What the server records
Like any web server, ours writes one line in its access log for each request. A line holds five fields: IP address, time, page requested, browser string and status code. We use the log to find errors and abuse.

Cookies, analytics and ads
Print Pail sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics script and shows no ads.

Our site is reached through a content delivery network, which may set its own technical cookies for security. We do not control those.
The feedback form
If you send a note, we store its time, your good/needs-work choice, the page address, the topic and the text of the note (up to 1,000 characters), and keep the newest 300 notes. Please do not put personal details in the note. A one-way scrambled form of your IP address is held for 20 seconds to limit repeat sends and is then discarded. To have a note removed, email [email protected] with the page it was sent from and roughly when.
Children
The sheets are meant for classrooms and families, but the site collects nothing that identifies a child. Children should not use the feedback form without an adult.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or ask us to correct it by writing to [email protected]. Because we do not store accounts or names, in most cases the answer is that there is nothing to delete.
