Report a sheet that prints wrong

A useful report has three parts: the sheet and its size, your browser and printer, and what you measured with a ruler. With those we can usually tell whether the cause is the page or the print settings.

Here is an example of the level of detail that helps. This one is made up for illustration; it is not a real report.

Rights or removal requests

If you believe something on Print Pail infringes your rights, choose “Rights or removal request” in the form or email [email protected] with the page address and what you want changed. We read these first.

What the form stores

The form keeps the time of your note, whether you marked it “good” or “needs work”, the page address, the topic you picked and your note (up to 1,000 characters). It keeps the newest 300 notes and does not ask for your name or email. To stop one person flooding it, the form holds a one-way scrambled form of your IP address for 20 seconds, then forgets it.

If you want an answer by email, include your address in the note or write to [email protected] directly. We answer messages in the order they arrive.

Do I need to give my name?

No. The form does not ask for a name or email.

Choose “Rights or removal request” in the form or email [email protected].

Can I report a wrong chart cell?

Yes. Say the chart size, the row and the column, and what you expected.
